UVAA Summer Opera Festival is proudly sponsored by Utah Valley University Department of Music
The UVAA Studio Artist Program, now entering its ninth year, provides college-aged singers with acting training, role preparation, musical development, and performance opportunities to help them get to the next level on their career path.
The 2019 program includes:

Perform a secondary role or chorus in Die Zauberflöte or La Tragédie de Carmen

Perform opera scenes at "Opera in the Park"

Participate in regular Acting and Movement Class with Anthony Laciura

Participate in regular Master Classes from elite guest artists such as last year's artists: Deborah Voigt, Frank Lopardo, and Wendy Bryn Harmer

Receive regular individual coaching from our artistic staff
Program cost: $2,100 (limited scholarships available)
Housing, transportation, and food costs are not included. Housing may be arranged through UVAA or privately, and the cost typically ranges from $400-800 depending on the particular accommodations.
Utah Vocal Arts Academy will be using YAP Tracker for our applications this season.
